Label and classify items according to established procedures. Meet deadlines of individual production tasks during shift.

Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse in an orderly and safe manner.

Use of inventory tools (Formats, reports, whiteboards, etc.) and software to accurately track products.

Apply proper storage practices to prevent damage and loss.

Follow the FIFO system, first in, first out

Routine equipment maintenance

Assisting in allocation as needed

Prepare orders according to internal or external requests
-
Pack and label the products for shipment or delivery, Allocated ingredients according to the formula to be prepared on time and complete
-
Plan and coordinate the delivery of products to the different departments or clients

Perform regular inventory contents to maintain accurate records
-
Assist in conducting inventory audits as needed
-
Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area
-
Comply with and respect the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
-
Allergen management appropriately
-
Identify and report possible safety risks or problems in the warehouse by entering in spreadsheets
- Forklift certified is a must
-
Familiarity with power tools and machinery
-
Ability to detect potential problems with equipment
-
Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
- Microsoft Office Word and Excel proficient
-
Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to problem solve when needed
