• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and updated accordingly.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to Stations on the status of their shipments.
• Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
• Provide ad-hoc rate upon request.

Educational background / Work experience

• 1 year experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
