 We are seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative with Freight Forwarding experience.  This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, commission, and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of air/ocean transport, and managing and optimizing cargo sales and processes.

 

Job Type: Part-time

Pay $28hr+ DOE

Location: Torrance, CA

Schedule: In-office; 4-5 hours daily with a flexible schedule

 

Drive business opportunities and close sales prospects

Prospecting, Generate new business leads and cold-call

Handle client inquiries and maintain accurate cargo bookings

Provide quotes as requested by client ensuring the highest level of customer service

 

Strong Customer Service and negotiation skills

Work well under pressure and meet all performance goals

3-4 years of proven Sales experience preferred in Freight Forwarding 

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
