Hiring Administrative Assistants for our Downtown L.A. office
Our fast-growing company is seeking dependable and self-motivated individuals to join the team. This position plays a big role in our operations. Will be supporting our team members in a variety of administrative tasks to increase output and achieve our company goals.
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm
Key Duties:
- Obtain, decimate, and distribute information among team members
- Answer phone calls, and respond to emails and chat messages in a timely manner
- Maintain our electronic filing system and make updates as necessary
- Schedule meetings, conferences, web calls, and travel as needed
- Place office orders and coordinate with vendors on pricing and delivery logistics
Must-Have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting an office and customer service
- Previous and proven project management experience
- Excellent working knowledge of computers as well as computer programs such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Etc
- Professional demeanor and phone etiquette
- Good written and verbal communication
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to start immediately!
