Office Manager

Company in Gardnerville is looking for a welcoming and reliable Office Manager to make a meaningful impact on our operations, members, and staff. 

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day office operations, including staff, project and vendor management, accounting, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent managerial and organizational skills, heightened attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $25hr + Retirement and Health Benefits (including 100% employer-paid health care for employee) 

 

Major Responsibilities:
Prepare and print company bulletins. 

Maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers. 

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Generate financial reports for the Treasurer. 

General office duties (i.e. answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, etc.)  

Manage the use of facilities including scheduling maintenance and repairs.

Review, analyze and track contracts, coordinating and managing commercial insurance, management of  business certifications, and oversee compliance. 

Recommend and implement approved processes and procedures. 

Other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications: 

5+ years of experience in managing a small office. 

Working knowledge of QuickBooks. 

Excellent knowledge of MS Office. 

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 

Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. 

Self-motivated and self-directed. 

Project management experience is a plus. 

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired.
