Position Overview:
The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting attorneys and case managers with critical administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks with ease, and is a quick thinker who enjoys problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and organize medical records from healthcare providers

Request and collect electronic signatures from clients and third parties using secure platforms

Perform heavy data entry with a high degree of accuracy

Maintain case files and update internal case management systems

Handle sensitive client information with strict confidentiality

Provide administrative support including document preparation, scheduling, and client communication

Collaborate with legal staff to meet case deadlines and manage workflow

Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve administrative problems as they arise
Qualifications:

Proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures

Proven track record as a quick thinker and effective problem solver

Previous experience in a legal or medical records environment is a plus, but not required
