International Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional passionate about global markets. You will be responsible for driving international sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple regions.

Pay Rate: $70k-90k + 10% commission on generated sales, Medical benefits after probationary period

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Development

  • Identify and generate new business leads in international markets.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and regional sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
  • Monitor competitors and stay informed on industry developments.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and international regulations.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-up.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Present products/services to international clients, demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in new regions or countries.
  • Build partnerships with local distributors and business partners.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for different markets.

Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and forecast revenue trends.
  • Analyze sales metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in international sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, export regulations, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Understanding of international payment systems and logistics.
  • Familiarity with local business customs and cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience in commodities is a plus.
