Job: Customer Success Manager

Pay rate: $1500+ a month DOE

Schedule: Full time, must work U.S working hours

Developed at MIT, this company’s technology makes air cargo fast, easy, and affordable by automatically matching cargo with the best possible flight option. 

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating a customer's shipments by quoting, negotiating with suppliers, and bookings, ensuring highest level of customer service

- Source quotes from airlines, negotiate and secure the best options  

- Provide customers with quotes based on available freight opportunities  

- Book shipments offered by customers  

- Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and any issues that come along  

-Assist with other requests from management as needed

 

Qualifications:

- Demonstrable and verifiable experience working in air freight forwarding, minimum 2 years of freight forwarding/logistics experience

- Comfortable with and interested in learning and working with new technology platforms and systems.  

- Fluent in English , verbal and written, strong communication skills 

- Must be able to work during U.S. working hours and proven success at working at a fully remote position
