We are currently looking for an Air Export Agent to join the team at their Inglewood, CA office. Our logistics professionals handle export shipment requirements, with our international network of stations. Training will be provided.

Job type: Full-time; On-site

Pay: $19-20/hr

Hours: 1:00pm-10:00pm Tuesday-Friday; Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm

 

Responsibilities will include:

·       Generate shipping documents, complete export filings and billing

·       Heavy data entry and customer correspondence via email and phone

·       Assist customers and suppliers with bookings of containers and freight tracking

·       Follow-up and Follow-through to close out files

 

Requirements:

-Must have a working familiarity with Air Export operations with an emphasis on Customer Service

-Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and MS Windows

-Strong communication and organizational skills

-Excellent organization and analytical skills - good with numbers

-Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines

-Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
