The jobs board of the Talmo website is powered by RecruiterFlow, supplied by the software company RecruiterFlow, Inc. When you submit application information or your resume, your personal information is hosted in a segregated area of RecruiterFlow’s servers and your personal information is subject to RecruiterFlow’s Privacy Policy. Resumes and other personal information forwarded to Talmo via job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn and others are also subject to their respective privacy policies. SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates.

In order to process payroll or perform background checks, Talmo may collect personal data including your drivers license, social security or tax identification number. This information is used to process payroll and/or background checks either through Talmo’s operations or by a vendor of Talmo.

Talmo may disclose information to our clients, where appropriate, in connection with provisions of staffing services, or to companies, vendors and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on Talmo’s behalf. If you have consented to receive text messages from Talmo, you may receive text messages related to scheduling interviews, appointment confirmations, and reminders.

Example: "Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming interview at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 10 SMS messages per day may be received related to [appointments/billing, etc.].
