A/R Billing Clerk

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA 

Pay: $25-30hr

Job Type: Temporary

 
· Knowledge of basic Accounting procedures, AR billings , Payment/Cash Applications, Statements of Account, and related fields.
· Familiarity with Export Finance (Letters of Credit, Collection Drafts, etc.) and Shipping terminology desired required.
· Knowledge of/or Exposure to general Sales and Inventory / Accounting Operating Systems.
· Detail oriented with high percentage of accuracy
· Good analytical, mathematical and reasoning ability
· Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal)
· Must be able to multi-task and with good organizational skills
· Computer proficient and with extensive knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD.
· Some Customer service


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· B.A. degree from four-year college or university desirable, or at least two years of experience within a financial environment with general exposure to International or Global Trade operations.
