Customer Service Agent

We are hiring a Customer Service Agent for our logistics department. Will interact with vendors and customers via phone and email communication.
Job Type: Part-time
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Hours: 5-6 hours per day (flexible)
Pay: $20hr
Work in tandem with our warehouse staff to obtain inventory levels and updates
Perform heavy data entry and order processing
Communicate changes, order status, and updates to customers and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous phone customer service experience
Basic warehouse experience including inventory
Working computer knowledge with data entry
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good follow-up skills
Be able to multi-task
Dependable and reliable
Must pass a background check
