Hiring Administrative Assistants for our Downtown L.A. office

Our fast-growing company is seeking dependable and self-motivated individuals to join the team. This position plays a big role in our operations. Will be supporting our team members in a variety of administrative tasks to increase output and achieve our company goals.

Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Duties: 

  • Obtain, decimate, and distribute information among team members
  • Answer phone calls, and respond to emails and chat messages in a timely manner
  • Maintain our electronic filing system and make updates as necessary
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, web calls, and travel as needed
  • Place office orders and coordinate with vendors on pricing and delivery logistics
     

Must-Have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting an office and customer service
  • Previous and proven project management experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of computers as well as computer programs such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Etc
  • Professional demeanor and phone etiquette
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to start immediately!
