Talmo & Associates is assisting our client, a major duty, compliance and consulting firm, with hiring for an Account Representative.

Job: Account Representative

Location: El Segundo, CA

Job type: Full-time 8am-5pm in office only

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, research and organizational support related to customs and trade compliance.
• Prepare and process documents; prepare binding rulings. scope rulings, post entry amendments, customs audits, internal reviews and other related documents
• Maintains records
• Other duties as assigned



This is a precursory position to learning duty drawback.

Qualifications

• Must be well versed in Excel, Intermediate or higher
• Organized and accurate for heavy data entry
• Self-motivated, flexible and a team player
• Good customer relations skills
• Can communicate professionally verbally and in written communications
• Familiarity with import and export documents
